It is a condition of "Your Local Hotel" to be committed to protecting the privacy of information given by you on membership, promotional or any other form that collects personal information from you.
What Is "Your Local Hotel"
"Your Local Hotel Pty Ltd" is a marketing group made up of various hotels throughout the state of NSW.
Your Personal Information
Information supplied by you will consist of name, address, phone, email, and date of birth.
This information is collected when applying for membership of this hotel or when entering hotel promotions at various times. Should you wish not to have your personal details recorded would you please indicate by not filling out the information you don't want recorded. Your name and date of birth is required as a form of identity and is a requirement of membership.
Ability To Opt-Out
You may at any time have your private information withdrawn from the loyalty database. You may do so by contacting the hotel or sending an email to members@yourlocalhotel.com.au advising your particulars.
Players Loyalty Cards
Where a player loyalty system is in place, a player activity statement can be supplied as in accordance with the government regulations. A request for this is to be made by the player to the hotel staff. Only details will be supplied where the patrons card(s) has been inserted in the player loyalty system at the time of playing gaming devices.
